Welcome to Unionenklubben Mitt at Schneider Electric. The club covers the offices in Bollnäs, Falun, Gävle, Halmstad, Helsingborg, Karlskrona, Linköping, Mora, Mölndal, Nyköping, Skara, Solna, Uddevalla, Umeå, Uppsala, Växjö, Älvsjö, Örebro.

On this page, you will find general information regarding the collective agreement (Teknikarbetsgivarna), as well as the applicable laws and directives, which is not specific only to Schneider Electric.
General topics concerning the collective bargaining agreement & laws, for example, the agreements as documents, information on working hours, overtime regulations, and more, can be found on this website without logging in.
For confidentiality reasons, everything that specifically relates to events and changes within Schneider Electric is locked behind BankID, accessible through "Nyhetsutskick" and "Filer/Dokument" which you will find at the bottom of the page.
Please note that the website is new and we have not yet had time to fill all the pages with content.
Clubs are not only good for the workplace, but also act as the link between employers and members. As local representatives, we know the organization and the paths to decisions, giving us a real chance to influence. The Union's central trade union advisers and regional offices support the club when needed.
Do you belong to one of the offices mentioned above?
Then you need;
1. Be employed at Schneider Electric Sverige AB
2. Be/become a member of Unionen (see button "Gå med i Unionen" at the bottom)
3. make sure you have entered the correct workplace on "Mitt Unionen" (see button "Uppdatera arbetsställe och lön" at the bottom)
4. When everything is correct, you will automatically end up in our member lists and you will then be able to access our newsletters and shared files (see buttons "Filer/Dokument" & "Nyhetsutskick" at the bottom)
Do you belong to an office other than those mentioned above? Contact us and we will go through what needs to be done but it is also described below.
Then you need to;
1. make sure that points 1 - 3 are fulfilled under “How do I join the club?”
2. contact your regional Union office: https://www.unionen.se/kontor to get help from a regional representative to hold a member meeting at the office about joining our club.
3. the regional representative will then send the application to the club, which in turn will decide whether the office can join the club.
The club requires that there is someone willing to take on the role of contact representative for the club in the office but would also like to see health and safety representatives and/or some of our other vacant roles.
4. When everything is correct, you will automatically end up in our member lists and you will then access our news mailings and shared files (see buttons "Filer/Dokument" & "Nyhetsutskick" at the bottom)
